Wayne and Cheryl started the Outrigger in September 2000 and still welcome you with good ole Texas Hospitality. They are fortunate to have shrimp and catfish fresh from Palacios suppliers, and they keep it simple cooking like they would at home.
Kelly Lynette Dodd graduated from Palacios High School in 1999. She attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi after graduation and obtained her degree in Culinary Science from St. Phillip’s College of San Antonio in 2006. She has been a key part of the Outrigger family business in Palacios since 2000. Her desire is to plan menus based upon your wants and needs presenting tasty meals that are beautiful.
