     Outrigger, established in 2000, is known for Fresh Texas Gulf Shrimp from the Port of Palacios.  We cook it with a light breading, or your choice of coconut shrimp, blackened, grilled, boiled or scampi.  Catfish comes from the local aquaculture farms and is fried crisp, blackened or grilled.
